Our service and repair operations are now completely paperless.
We now offer customer Portal login to your lift assets and your sites.
All discussions and notes from engineers about your lifts are available to you.
We are going for total transparency for your piece of mind.
In the event your lift breaks down you will be notified via email at all stages:
  • The acceptance of the call by the engineer attending.
  • The start of travel to the call and arrival to site.
  • The completion of the call and any notes about parts or pictures taken.
  • Live tracking of the engineer via real time GPS

We want our customers to feel they are never left in the dark, or paying for unnecessary and expensive parts for no good reason.
We hope we can bring a new type of lift servicing and maintenance with a new approach, to our relationship.


We provide bespoke service contracts and really work with you to find the right solution for your lift product.

Our aim is to make us the last contract you will need. We always prefer repair over replace - cost effective and reduces lift downtime.

Lifts  dealt with swiftly
Waiting times on parts are usually 24hrs from confirmation of order with a view to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
Our attitude is 100% sympathetic to the effect of having a lift out of service for any period of time. We understand that lifts are critical to your homes and work spaces.
Any engineers attending are backed up on the phone by 24/7 access to technicians. If a follow up visit the next day is required it is dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
We have high levels of industry based knowledge, many contacts with manufacturers and access to extra information if required.
We do not outsource lift works to subcontractors and are completely capable of handling any given situation.
We also have the highest level of Orona product knowledge and still lend our skills to many other companies within the lift industry, carrying all programming equipment required for even the most difficult faults. Our success rate is 100% throughout our trading.
We own programming and diagnostic equipment for most other brands and access to specialist knowledge if required.

Maintenance plan
Most contracts are based on bi-monthly visits, although we offer bespoke contracts to suit your needs.
We have a set year long plan laid out in the contract to make sure each visit covers a specific area. By the end of the term we have covered the unit as a whole. These are noted on the visit log cards and all jobs are logged electronically and clearly. We expect through the right kind of targeted maintenance to reduce future breakdowns.

Initial visit
Comprehensive survey detailing the standard of previous maintenance and highlighting areas of improvement.
This is presented to you shortly after the first service visit.
At the final service visit a summary of the lifts performance and condition is also compiled with a view to improving efficiency going forward.
